Mechanic- Manufacturing in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin at SEDA North America

Seda North America is seeking a Production Mechanic to join our team! The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a readiness to support their team. Starting pay of $25+/hr., plus shift premium of +$1.00/hr Monday through Friday 3pm -11pm. Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Specific Duties:

• Maintain and repair production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in real time
• Install and modify machinery as needed

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
