Pay: $25.00 per hour
Location: Cudahy, WI
Schedule: Full-time, 3rd Shift
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our industrial laundry facility in the Milwaukee area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in fixing problems, keeping equipment running, and working with a team that depends on your expertise every day.

Start up and shut down plant machinery daily
Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial textile equipment
Troubleshoot electrical systems (including 3-phase 230V and equipment up to 400 kilowatts)
Maintain and safely operate boilers and boiler room equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Diagnose issues, replace parts, and test equipment
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed
Program and troubleshoot PLCs
Maintain facility systems and assist with general repairs
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked
Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or production environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, and high-voltage systems
Ability to read electrical schematics
Experience with welding and general facility maintenance
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
Work in varying conditions (heat, noise, humidity, dust)
Ability to work around large industrial machinery safely
Experience in a commercial laundry or production facility is a plus
Occasional travel may be required for parts or service needs
