Responsibilities

Essential Functions
• Assist practice in determining need and necessary success factors for new physician recruitment.
• Take a lead role in identifying potential candidates, screening through background checks, personal interviews and CV qualification for assigned searches.
• Present qualified candidates to interested practices.
• Coordinates all aspect of candidate site visit, including travel, tours, interviews, etc.
• Serves as primary point of contact between Physician Recruitment and assigned practices, and residencies.
• Coordinates recruitment agreement contracting discussions between candidate, practice and sponsoring hospital for non-employed opportunities.
• Assist other physician recruiters as needed.
• Maintain clean driving record and appropriate insurance coverage on personal vehicles used to transport recruiters.
• Exercises sound judgement in upholding the values of KH.
• Plan and execute Medical education resident and fellow’s recruitment events.
• Keep spreadsheet up to date on where all our residents and fellows are in job search process.
• Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of one year of administrative experience in Recruitment, Marketing or Business Development is preferred.
Required Licenses: Once on the team, it is required to join AAPPR. Membership is not permitted by this association until the person has worked for an in-house physician recruitment hospital. (KH pays for this membership)
Required Skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based physician recruitment resources.
• Must have strong writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-typical hours (e.g. early morning, evening, weekends) to accommodatecandidate availability.
