This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an International Strategic Partnerships Lead in France.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic partnerships professional passionate about driving international growth in the AI and enterprise technology space. In this role, you will lead partnership strategy and execution across key EMEA and APAC markets, building strong alliances that directly contribute to revenue generation and market expansion. You will collaborate with leading cloud providers, global consultancies, and regional technology partners to create scalable go-to-market initiatives. The position offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, you will help shape regional business strategies while influencing long-term commercial success. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution within a remote-first and innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring strong alignment with regional sales objectives and overall business growth goals.
  • Develop and execute regional partnership strategies focused on high-value markets and strategic partner ecosystems, including cloud providers, systems integrators, consultancies, VARs, and technology alliances.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners to strengthen long-term collaboration and expand regional market presence.
  • Launch and scale co-sell initiatives with major cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to generate enterprise opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market programs, including co-marketing campaigns, partner-led services, industry-specific initiatives, and regional sales engagement strategies.
  • Establish partner enablement frameworks through onboarding, training, certifications, and continuous support to ensure effective positioning and delivery capabilities.
  • Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence metrics while continuously optimizing strategy based on market insights and business data.
  • Represent the organization at regional industry events, executive briefings, and partner summits while acting as a key advocate for local market needs, regulatory considerations, and customer expectations across international regions.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or related commercial roles within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software industries.
  • Proven success managing and growing partnership ecosystems across EMEA and/or APAC, with strong understanding of regional business dynamics and enterprise buying behavior.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in partner-focused or GTM-oriented roles.
  • Experience developing executive relationships with global consultancies, systems integrators, cloud providers, or enterprise technology stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud partnership programs and co-sell motions involving AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, or cloud technology landscapes.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic go-to-market programs that deliver measurable commercial impact and scalable growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and operational execution in high-growth settings.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and building programs from the ground up.
  • Based in the UK or Germany, with willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to EMEA or APAC markets are considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation package ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 USD, plus performance-based variable compensation.
  • Equity package offering long-term growth participation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) retirement plan and additional financial wellness support.
  • Unlimited paid time off to promote flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Generous parental leave program.
  • Additional mental health and wellness support initiatives.
  • Remote-first working environment with international collaboration opportunities.
  • Exposure to innovative AI technologies and fast-growing global enterprise markets.
