Job Summary
The ARCS Coordinator for our Partnership Solutions team manages our client’s National Consumer Database within Curion’s ARCS system. This role oversees all aspects of survey execution, including programming surveys, evaluating recruitment feasibility, recruiting the required number of participants for each study, launching and monitoring fieldwork, sending reminders, and delivering study results. The ARCS Coordinator also coordinates the packing, preparation, and shipment of home use test (HUT) study products, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and compliance with study protocols. This is an exciting opportunity to apply programming, logistical coordination, and problem solving skills while supporting the partnership between Curion and our client.
This temporary position (6-month duration, approximately 40 hours a week) is based on a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week and remote work options available for the remaining two days.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional project teams to proactively gather all critical pieces of information needed for completing programming tasks
- Programs screeners, consumers surveys and pilot studies in ARCs
- Schedule reminders in ARCS
- Monitor recruitment and manage quotas
- Escalate issues to appropriate team members
- Update participant participation in executed studies and process incentive payments
- Support and execute panel development, maintenance, and engagement activities
- Manage busy consumer inbox, responding to panelist inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure timely communication for providing study updates to study requesters and clients
- Identify and clearly explain problems, tasks, and procedures
- Share programming knowledge and experience with other staff
- Meet production deadlines using effective time management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Listens to others effectively; be proactive, initiate communication as needed
- Receive product from research teams
- Maintain product and shipping supply inventory
- Coordinate with the client’s research teams on timelines, product codes, and other study details, following up on shipment details as needed
- Prepares product for shipment, including forms and labels, return shipping materials, and instructions
- Packs product
- Requests UPS shipping labels from the client’s mail room for product shipments
- Provide prepped and ready packages to the client’s mail room within study and shipment deadlines
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications - Required
- Post-secondary education or the equivalent of related job experience
- 3+ year(s) of prior survey programming and panel management system experience preferred (ARCS or similar programs like Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong project and task management skills
- Proven communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skill
- Natural technical aptitude and curiosity
- Detail-oriented, committed to quality, ability to check own work
- Ability to clearly and independently communicate with other departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Qualifications – Preferred
- Experience in market research and/or sensory research experience a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, Excel, SPSS a plus
- Demonstrated ability and inclination to learn new technology platforms and tools independently with minimal guidance
- 1+ year(s) of prior project or shipping coordination experience, or related job tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

- Ability to use computer keyboard and read monitor
- Ability to interact with coworkers, clients, and consumers in person and over the phone
- Ability to lift and carry boxes of up to 10 pounds for a short distance to a flatbed dolly, to transport to pick up area.
- Ability to use shipping equipment including box/case sealer.
For the Curion Temporary ARCS Coordinator position located in Clark, NJ, we offer a starting pay rate range of $24.00-$26.00 based on the qualifications and experience of each individual. This is a part-time position, deemed non-exempt for overtime purposes, and, therefore, is subject to overtime compensation. Curion offers a benefits package for this position which includes: New Jersey Paid Sick Leave.
