Works directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to support high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping translate leadership priorities into actionable plans while driving cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in managing strategic projects and company-wide initiatives
• Conduct research, analysis, and build materials for executive decision-making (e.g., presentations, memos, board content)
• Assist in tracking key priorities, goals, and operational metrics
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and execution on critical initiatives
• Prepare briefing materials for meetings, partnerships, and investor communications
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of operational efficiencies

Hourly Rate: $20.00

20 hours a week
