Relief Factor is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Fulfillment Center team in Kirkland.

What you'll do

You'll help keep our fulfillment operation running safely and efficiently. Your day will include forklift operation, inventory movement, receiving, and order fulfillment.

• Safely operate Class 1 forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
• Receive, inspect, unload, and put away incoming shipments
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move inventory to designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and complete shipping documentation
• Complete required equipment inspections and maintenance logs
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
• Work with the fulfillment team to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time

What we're looking for

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to work the Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule

Preferred:

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
• Familiarity with FEFO/FIFO inventory practices
• Experience working in a fulfillment center, distribution center, or warehouse
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
