We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The LCSW will provide comprehensive clinical social work services to patients and families while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess patients' psychosocial needs and provide appropriate clinical interventions, counseling, education, crisis support, and care coordination.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate patients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional or situational difficulties.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• Relevant clinical social work experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
