As a Sr Technical Consultant, you will serve as a subject-matter expert within a specialized technical discipline, applying deep practical and conceptual knowledge to solve complex challenges. You will work independently with limited guidance while contributing to projects, operational objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating across related teams and communicating complex or sensitive information clearly to build consensus. You will also support less-experienced colleagues and may lead small project teams or defined project phases. Success in this position requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to apply best practices within a broader business and competitive context.

• Apply in-depth conceptual and practical expertise within your technical discipline while maintaining awareness of related areas.
• Work independently on complex assignments, using judgment to evaluate information from multiple sources and develop effective solutions.
• Lead small projects, project phases, or ongoing activities with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Contribute to projects and operational objectives that impact customers, services, and multiple related teams.
• Act as a technical resource and provide informal guidance to colleagues with less experience.
• Communicate difficult or sensitive technical information effectively and work collaboratively to build consensus.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing more effective ways of working.

• College or university degree, or equivalent professional experience, with a solid understanding of the theories, practices, and procedures relevant to the discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized technical area, including knowledge of fundamental principles, concepts, and established practices.
• Experience independently solving complex problems and adapting existing solutions to new or challenging situations.
• Ability to manage projects or project components with minimal supervision and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to junior or less-experienced colleagues.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
