  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels, including managers, directors, and C-level leaders.
  • Conduct market research and in-depth interviews to understand technology talent dynamics, Staff Augmentation trends, and internal and external hiring demands.
  • Partner closely with HR and other organizational teams, acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and client requirements while maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex, strategic, executive, and technology positions, from initial profile alignment through offer.

  • Prioritize open positions according to client needs and market availability, maintaining warm talent pipelines and ready-to-use shortlists for specific technology stacks within short turnaround times.
  • Serve as a technical reference and mentor for mid-level and senior recruiters, sharing best practices, providing ongoing support, and helping elevate team delivery capabilities.
  • Develop and structure Staff Augmentation solutions and talent offerings for client portfolios.
  • Define and monitor recruiting KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, pipeline conversion, lead time, hiring quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Support and lead strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including internal mobility, referral programs, recruitment pipelines, process improvements, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter in a leadership or management-level capacity.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across different technology profiles, skill sets, and seniority levels.
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of vacancies and interviews, particularly within Staff Augmentation models involving external client interviews.
  • Experience with global recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and managing candidate processes in English.
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication with global teams, stakeholders, and projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology talent markets and the ability to conduct effective sourcing, market research, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience monitoring and interpreting recruitment data and metrics such as business data, lead time, Time-to-Fill, and Time-to-Hire.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with confidence engaging managers, directors, and senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Strong leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor recruiters, share best practices, and act as a technical recruiting reference.
  • Analytical and continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI, automation, and new tools to improve Talent Acquisition processes.
