You will work closely with internal media teams, creative partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact for clients. The position requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, operational execution, and strategic planning, with ownership over campaign performance across paid social, programmatic, display, video, and direct publisher channels. You will play a key role in translating business priorities into targeted media strategies while continuously optimizing performance based on data insights. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will also contribute to media innovation by identifying emerging trends and testing new approaches. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on performance-driven marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end digital media campaigns across CPM, CPC, CPL, retargeting, display, video, and mobile environments
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital channels
  • Lead programmatic media execution and direct-to-publisher partnerships, including RFPs, IOs, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee campaign activation, optimization, and performance tracking across all channels
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and external media teams to align on campaign requirements and execution standards
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
  • Own vendor relationships and ensure accurate reporting, insights delivery, and ongoing campaign management
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews with insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify trends in the digital media landscape and proactively recommend new strategies, tools, and testing opportunities
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation within media planning and execution workflows
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and/or digital media buying
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Manager 360 (DV360/DCM), and Google Marketing Platform tools
  • Proficiency in analytics and BI tools, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, paid social, and performance marketing channels
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability and curiosity for emerging trends
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, account, and vendor teams
Benefits
  • Opportunity to work across diverse, high-impact digital media campaigns
  • Exposure to leading advertising platforms and advanced programmatic ecosystems
  • Collaborative and fast-paced agency-style environment
  • Strong focus on learning, experimentation, and media innovation
  • Opportunity to influence campaign strategy and client outcomes directly
  • Remote-friendly work structure within U.S. Eastern and Central time zones
  • Continuous professional development and exposure to new media technologies
