This role involves developing and implementing therapeutic activities, fostering positive group interactions, providing psychoeducation, and supporting individuals in achieving treatment goals. The facilitator works closely with clinical staff to assess participant needs, monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions.
