Galaxy Lifts is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Dealer Support Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our dealer network and internal teams. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional dealer experience by coordinating orders, facilitating communication, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring dealers receive timely and accurate information throughout the customer journey.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Respond promptly to dealer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
- Ensure dealers receive timely updates on production, shipping, and installation schedules.
- Enter and manage orders accurately within company systems.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping, and sales teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to dealers.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies, warranty concerns, and service issues.
- Support the dealer sales team with quotes, product information, and promotional programs.
- Assist with lead distribution and dealer follow-up activities.
- Coordinate product training sessions and dealer onboarding.
- Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and communications.
- Maintain accurate dealer records and account information.
- Prepare reports and track key dealer support metrics.
- Assist with dealer meetings, events, and training programs.
- Support implementation and utilization of CRM and business systems.
- Address dealer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify solutions.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining dealer confidence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the dealer experience.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Public speaking is required.
- 5+ years of customer service, account management, sales support, or administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience with HubSpot or NetSuite preferred.
- Manufacturing, construction, home improvement, or dealer network experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Local to Mabank-Athens, TX or willing to relocate.
- Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
