We are currently recruiting a Value Creation Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Build andmaintain financial models and valuations to support business planpreparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions
Prepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses toevaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios.
Conduct marketand competitive research to identify opportunities and benchmarkpositioning
Create and summarize findings of modelling analysis by populatingstrategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reports andpresentations for management & the Board of Directors.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams – including finance, investments and M&A andoperations - to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
Support long-term investment strategy and portfoliooptimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and riskassessment as part of a global portfolio.
Monitormarket trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensureproposals remain relevant and competitive.
Take initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned, and lookfor continuous improvement opportunities at all times.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering withexperience in Finance
Excellent English languageskills (written and spoken) C1 level is a must. Additional languages are a plus

Experience & Technical Skills

3–5 yearsof experience in investment banking, boutique M&A, valuations team, corporate finance, privateequity, or a similar analytical role.
Strong financial modelling skills and solidunderstanding of valuation methodologies (DCF,LBO, multiples, etc)
Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is aplus.
Proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency withPowerPoint to produce for executive-level deliverables.

Outstanding interpersonal and communicationskills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-pacedenvironment with shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure in a global organisation across multiple timezones.
Excellent attention to detail.
