The position combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
You will build integrated programs across digital channels, content, events, and sales activations while continuously optimizing performance.

The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for building scalable regional growth initiatives, creating demand, and improving marketing performance through integrated campaigns and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute regional growth plans focused on generating qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth among small and medium-sized businesses.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including lead capture, nurture strategies, sales handoff processes, and post-campaign optimization.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and key buying moments to create impactful programs across email, content, webinars, events, paid channels, and sales activations.
- Partner with performance marketing, creative teams, product marketing, analytics, sales, and operations teams to align strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with customer marketing teams to maximize the impact of branded activations, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and industry partners to deliver high-quality programs within timelines and budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact to optimize marketing investments.
- Monitor customer behavior, competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve regional marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS marketer with strong demand generation expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to operate strategically while executing efficiently in a high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong expertise across marketing channels including content, paid media, webinars, email campaigns, field events, and sales enablement programs.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including audience targeting, campaign strategy, lead generation, nurturing, attribution, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience building and optimizing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and field marketing channels.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Brand.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and improving return on marketing investment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and campaign analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed global teams.
