The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing lifecycle strategies that support business growth, improve buyer experiences, and create scalable marketing operations. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Own and manage new business email and CRM lifecycle programs, including nurture strategies, audience segmentation, journey architecture, and optimization processes.
- Build lifecycle marketing foundations from the ground up, establishing scalable programs, workflows, and operational processes.
- Design, launch, and improve automated campaigns using personalization, behavioral targeting, and segmentation to increase engagement and pipeline contribution.
- Develop compelling email messaging that communicates product value, differentiators, and relevant use cases across customer personas and market segments.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to translate complex product concepts into effective campaigns and buyer communications.
- Create testing strategies, develop campaign hypotheses, analyze results, and continuously improve performance through experimentation.
- Build reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, engagement trends, and lifecycle marketing impact on revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations and Data teams to strengthen CRM data quality and improve segmentation capabilities.
- Support the evolution of CRM and marketing automation infrastructure to enable efficient, scalable execution.
- Balance strategic initiatives with fast-paced execution, ensuring high-quality programs are delivered quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate is an experienced lifecycle marketer with strong B2B SaaS expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build programs independently in a growing environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing CRM, lifecycle, email, or demand generation marketing programs within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Proven experience creating or significantly rebuilding lifecycle and nurture programs rather than only managing established systems.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear and persuasive communications.
- Deep understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, behavioral targeting, and marketing automation strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience measuring campaign performance, customer engagement, and lifecycle impact.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, using data to improve targeting, reporting, and optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Content, Product Marketing, Operations, and Data.
- Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to move quickly while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Hockeystack, Dreamdata, or similar lifecycle and attribution tools is a plus.
- Experience marketing to multiple customer segments, industries, and buyer personas within complex B2B environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflows while maintaining strong strategic judgment is an advantage.
- Competitive compensation range of $120,000 - $160,000 USD, with equity opportunities.
- Fully remote work environment for employees based in the United States.
- Opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact marketing function and build scalable programs from the ground up.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, operations, and data.
- Benefits package details shared as part of the hiring process.
- Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, innovation, and employee contribution.
- Supportive environment that encourages growth, ownership, and professional development.
