Position: Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay salary: $70,000 – $130,000, plus commission
Job Overview:
Nations Dry Out is a nationwide restoration company that provides water, fire, hazmat, trauma, and reconstruction services to fortune 500 companies nationwide. Our goal is to move from vendor to partner with our long list of clients and be the first choice for mitigation services.
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join to our team. You will be working to lead and support our internal Project Managers, and subcontracted restoration teams in all 50 states to provide mold, asbestos, and reconstruction services exclusively for commercial properties. This is a remote position, primarily a Monday-Friday work schedule, although some weekend and after hours work will be required. This is not an emergency services position, jobs are generally scheduled and quoted out in advance of restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound work orders from our clients
- Allocate work orders to our project management team
- Daily communication (written, verbal) with our clients
- Ensure SLA attainment, job deliverable completion, etc.
- Developing job quotes and proposals
- Team management
- Data analysis and financial analysis
- Processing documentations, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of operations/project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the restoration industry, property management, facilities management, the construction industry, or insurance claims management industry
- An above average understanding of trades (electrician, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Both field experience and office experience
- Great communication and customer management skills
- Great trouble shooting skills
- Demonstrated operations management and project management success
- You need to be pretty good with web based tools and office tools
- A tremendous work ethic. Outside of vacation, you will be 'always on'
- Top notch coordination and organization skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a virtual role, and you will have jobs going on in Alaska, Louisiana, and every other state and you will never be onsite.
