Home Health Caregiver in Franklin, Michigan at CareOne Senior Care

CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for clients in Franklin, Michigan. As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that enhances each client's quality of life through compassionate support and daily assistance.

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating and hydration

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization

• Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers

• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan

• Accompany clients to appointments or community outings when needed

• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition

• Complete required visit documentation and care notes

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour

• Couples care assignments available with pay up to $22.50 per hour

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Current vehicle insurance and registration

• Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before client placement
