Monoova is made up of a hands-on team that operates in a highly dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CCO will be a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for Client Experience and defining and leading the strategy and execution of a broad range of initiatives to generate revenue across several teams at Monoova.
The successful candidate will be ambitious and unapologetic in their commercial and revenue focus. They will contribute to crafting the overarching direction for Monoova’s sales, partnerships, client success and marketing teams, actively supporting the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing roles to execute on agreed strategies successfully.
CCO Profile and Responsibilities
Leadership – Reporting into the CEO, the CCO will bring maturity, entrepreneurial zeal and an infectious level of energy that will inspire, motivate, support and drive Monoova’s revenue teams (Global Sales, Client Success, Marketing) together with Product to deliver on our revenue and GoTo market strategy and business revenue targets. Relationship Management – The CCO will be a key builder of relationships with Monoova’s client, partners and other external parties in Australia and globally, and will take a lead role in contract and commercial negotiations. They will work closely with ELT to develop an aligned commercial strategy.Commercial Growth - The CCO has demonstrated sales experience and will enhance the commercialisation across the business, growth revenue through expanding existing channel relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities and partnerships, within and outside of Australia. Strategy – The role will define and communicate the vision for commercial excellence and growth for the business, internally and externally. They will promote innovation to identify, protect and enhance all revenue opportunities and take an active part in realising Monoova’s international expansion plans and the opportunities in the domestic payments market. Marketing & Brand Positioning- The CCO will play a lead role in building the profile of Monoova in the market, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring the company is represented in key industry and business fora. As CCO, you will demonstrate the following:
An understanding of the commercial and operational workings of a financial services, technology or related business.Exceptional relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills with the drive to build a high performing team, and with a people leadership style that people relate to.Demonstrated experience in Strategy development and successful execution leading to improved commercial outcomes and brand development. An extensive and well-developed professional network at Board and C-Level. Experience executing significant sales or partnership deals.Experience in setting strategy and developing innovative sales and marketing initiatives. Experience in managing, motivating and driving the performance of large teams or teams in parallel across Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Partnerships. Experience with FX dealing will be viewed very favourably.Experience in research and analytics and the use of research and data to drive innovative programs.
