About This Position
Spanian’s Kebabs is entering a major growth phase, and we are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next chapter of our national expansion. This is a rare opportunity to drive the strategic, operational and cultural direction of one of Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality brands.
As CEO, you will take full accountability for the performance and growth of Spanian’s Kebabs — overseeing franchise operations, commercial performance, people leadership, brand development and overall business strategy. We’re looking for an inspiring, commercially sharp and operationally experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with real-world, hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What We're Looking For:
Prior leadership experience, ideally as a COO, CEO, Head of Operations or Executive within hospitality, QSR or franchise environments.
Deep expertise in fast food or QSR — non-negotiable.
Strong background leading multi-site or franchise networks, with a track record of commercial acumen.
Exceptional stakeholder and board-level communication skills.
Strong financial literacy with a deep understanding of business drivers, forecasting, and corrective action planning.
A resilient, adaptable leadership style — able to navigate pressure and challenges, set expectations and respond to change while keeping teams aligned and motivated.
Ability to be present across sites (including interstate), attend key operational moments and lead from the front when needed.
