Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs inventory assessments in order to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment as applicable
- Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Able to follow directions and assist Material Management leadership with duties as assigned
- Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in materials management processes preferred
- Knowledge of computer and computer related equipment preferred
- Provide coverage support for Materials Management operations during employee absences, scheduled time off, and staffing needs.
- Maintain flexibility to work a varied schedule based on departmental needs, including occasional weekends and one holiday per year.
- Support daily Materials operations by ensuring supplies are picked, delivered, and stocked in a timely and accurate manner.
- This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on departmental needs, performance, and future staffing requirements.
- Prior experience with receiving and inventory processes is highly desirable.
