Housed within the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, Birru Talabi Research Lab helps people with autoimmune diseases to have healthier lives, healthier pregnancies, and healthier families. The Lab is hiring a Project Manager III who will work with the Assistant Director of Clinical Research Operations to manage the research lab projects.

Job Summary

Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of large or complex projects. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications.

Essential Functions

Must be able to use a PC; operate a motor vehicle or use public transportation; must be able to appear on camera for meetings; and must be willing to travel to Pittsburgh up to four times a year for trainings, retreats, and study-related activities.

Physical Effort

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; carry items no heavier than a ream of paper
