This role is focused on designing, delivering, and scaling advanced AI solutions that help enterprise and mid-market clients accelerate digital transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through AI strategy, adoption, and implementation while ensuring strong alignment with business goals and ROI. The position combines hands-on solution development with client-facing consulting, including workshops, demonstrations, and technical presentations. You will build AI agents and automation solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and modern AI ecosystems while ensuring responsible AI practices and governance. Working closely with architects, delivery teams, and clients, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery from design to deployment. This is a high-impact consulting role that blends technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong customer engagement.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Build and implement AI agents and workflows using Microsoft AI stack and other leading AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and related services.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-driven transformation.
• Deliver end-to-end solution lifecycle support including assessment, design, implementation, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct workshops, product demonstrations, webinars, and client presentations to showcase AI capabilities and business value.
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles, including data privacy, bias mitigation, security, and governance compliance.
• Work closely with internal architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to design scalable and reusable AI solution frameworks.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and contribution to statements of work and proposals.
• Monitor AI performance through usage analytics, prompt tuning, and feedback loops to continuously improve solution quality.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives and development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices for AI delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical solution delivery with at least 7+ years in leading complex implementations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI services such as Azure OpenAI.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying AI and automation solutions in enterprise or client environments.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Copilot-related tools.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, conversational design, or orchestration tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with emerging AI platforms and models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI ecosystems) is an advantage.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles in enterprise contexts.
• Experience working in mid-market and enterprise environments with complex project delivery.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and willingness to travel when required.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform, Security/Identity certifications) are highly preferred.
