Sales Agent

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Agent in the United States.

This role is focused on driving new business growth across the U.S. market within the IT services and technology solutions space. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. The position requires a proactive, self-driven professional capable of identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and positioning tailored technology services as strategic solutions. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. This is a high-impact role where ownership, commercial acumen, and relationship-building are essential to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities across the U.S. market, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Design and execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies using automation tools and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on retention, account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, delivery, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities within the U.S. market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or technology staffing services.
  • Strong track record of success within the U.S. market.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Experience with prospecting and sales automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent solutions.
  • Ability to design and execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.
  • Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation and target achievement.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to understand client business needs.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus.
