Primary Responsibilities: The Bartender for Towne Place Suites is responsible for serving beverages and light bites while delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role will open and close the bar, serve beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, organized and fully stocked bar. This position requires compliance with all food & alcohol service and safety regulations. We are looking for an energetic individual who is reliable, professional and team-oriented who enjoys anticipating our guests' needs and creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous bartending or barback experience required
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and swipe bar for extended periods during shifts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve guest complaints
• Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerism
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varies days/hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol
• Food Handler Certification
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
