Special Projects Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Special Projects Lead in the United States.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly strategic and execution-oriented professional to work directly with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives across a fast-growing and fully remote organization. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects that shape employee experience, internal operations, management development, and company-wide communications. You will operate in a highly autonomous environment where ownership, initiative, and problem-solving are deeply valued. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving meaningful operational change. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership while contributing to a culture focused on transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role offers broad exposure across multiple business functions and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end employee onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success and rapid integration into the organization.
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding systems, resources, and processes that support ongoing company growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage training programs for managers, including onboarding materials, leadership development initiatives, performance management guidance, and feedback frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen management capabilities and establish high standards for leadership effectiveness across the organization.
  • Own recurring internal communications initiatives, ensuring employees remain informed, aligned, and engaged through clear and impactful messaging.
  • Support executive presentations, strategic communications, and company narratives by developing compelling content, slide decks, and documentation.
  • Lead high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that lack clear ownership, proactively driving execution and results.
  • Contribute to organizational improvements by identifying gaps, creating structure, and implementing scalable operational solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, Chief of Staff roles, or similarly high-ownership positions within fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Builder mindset with demonstrated success creating systems, processes, or frameworks in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience producing polished documents, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Strong design and storytelling sensibility, particularly in creating effective presentations, decks, and operational documentation.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and leadership levels.
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in a fully remote, fast-evolving, and documentation-focused environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000.
  • Equity opportunities within a profitable and employee-focused company.
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work anywhere within the Americas.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage with 100% employer-paid health benefits for U.S.-based employees.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Generous paid parental leave ranging from 12 to 16 weeks.
  • Opportunity to work directly with founders and executive leadership on high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborative, low-meeting, and documentation-first culture that supports focus and autonomy.
  • Broad career exposure across strategy, operations, communications, hiring, and organizational development.
