This role is centered on bridging business, data, and telecom systems to support the development and evolution of critical products and processes in a highly complex technical environment. You will be responsible for gathering and detailing business requirements, mapping end-to-end process flows, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and operational needs. The position plays a key role in supporting telecom initiatives, including system integration, testing, and project stabilization activities. You will also act as a reference point within the team, facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting technical discussions across multidisciplinary squads. Operating in a collaborative and agile environment, you will contribute directly to improving service quality, operational efficiency, and product performance. - Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new telecom-related products and process initiatives.
- Map end-to-end business and system flows, identifying impacted processes and integration points.
- Develop use cases and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the RE-CLA project during implementation, stabilization, and ongoing evolution phases.
- Participate in technical forums to understand service needs and access technologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product and service delivery.
- Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Share knowledge and act as a functional reference within the team.
- Mid-level (pleno) experience in data products and process analysis roles.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional analysis.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN and process modeling.
- Experience writing use cases and performing system and UAT testing.
- Solid understanding of telecom processes and service environments.
- Familiarity with telecom systems such as GAIA, CLA, SGAP, SAIP, NETSMS, GED, ATLAS, and CFD.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
- Knowledge of telecom services, access technologies, or cloud environments is a plus.
