Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for defense customers, managing inquiries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, documentation, and product requirements.

· Process and manage purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and defense requirements.

· Maintain knowledge of customer contracts, technical requirements, and quality standards to ensure full compliance.

· Coordinate cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and contracts teams to support program execution and meet delivery commitments.

· Monitor order status and work-in-progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality expectations.

· Ensure all required documentation (e.g., certifications, test reports, traceability, compliance paperwork) is accurate, complete, and delivered per contract requirements.

· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and CMMC, and maintain secure and accurate records.

· Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, risks, delays, and resolutions.

· Manage and resolve customer issues, including delivery, quality, and documentation concerns, and coordinate corrective actions and RMAs.

· Support engineering changes and communicate updates related to design, specifications, and configuration control.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback and supporting process, service, and contract management enhancements.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in customer service, account coordination, or program support in a manufacturing or industrial setting

· Strong understanding of order management processes, production workflows, and ERP/MRP systems

· Ability to work with sensitive and export-controlled information

· U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Detail-oriented work style; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience supporting defense, aerospace, or government contract customers

· Knowledge of ITAR, CMMC, AS9100, and related defense/aerospace quality standards

· Familiarity with reading engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documentation

· Prior experience with complex manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, electronics, assembly, etc.)
