Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a touring experience that delights fans worldwide with authentic film props, exclusive behind-the-scenes looks, and fun interactive surprises. Feel the nostalgia and the magic while celebrating some of your favorite moments from the Harry Potter series.
POSITION SCOPE: 3-5 years as a leadership for live entertainment and sales. Personnel supervision, proactive on the flow and in the in-store planning skills, sales, customer service, training, loss prevention and online sales processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver world-class customer service by engaging every guest and utilizing effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Supervise, train, and support daily team operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company operational standards and procedures.
- Oversee administrative responsibilities including employee scheduling, payroll processing, and adherence to labor budgets.
- Drive additional revenue through upselling strategies in areas such as ticketing and photo services.
- Manage inventory processes, including incoming/outgoing shipments, damaged goods, and internal transfers, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Control operational expenses and promote cost-efficiency in all controllable areas.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on products and shows, providing expert support to both guests and team members.
- Foster a positive, respectful work environment through integrity-driven leadership and enthusiastic guest interactions.
- Administer cash handling procedures, address variances, and troubleshoot system-related challenges.
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in event management and entertainment sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Organized and punctual.
- Adept selling skills.
- Capable operations of basic POS and software programs.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment which requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching through the shift
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer.
- Correctable vision and hearing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally for the purposes of moving equipment on and off shelves.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Capability to read, write, and understand English.
- Skilled in the use computer and office equipment.
- Proficient in activities requiring manual dexterity of both hands.
- Primarily an onsite position.

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 23 USD per hour(HPX Denver)
