Property Manager

• Minimum 2-4 year experience as community manager of at least 150 units
• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control and customer service.
• Good computers skills (property management software -- Yardi, Excel, Word.
• Experience with all financial related issues - expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, vendors, staff and management.

Qualifications:

Must be proactive in filling vacancy units
Proven work as Property Manager with at least 4 years experience supervising multiple apartment complexes from 100 units to 250 units
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
Skill in time management
Ability to work well with others
Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills
