About DMD
DMD Systems Recovery is on a mission to protect the planet – one IT asset at a time. We help companies securely erase data and give technology a second life through reuse, refurbishment, and responsible recycling. As a certified B Corp, we believe business should do more than make money – it should make a difference. Every laptop, server, and device we process helps reduce waste, shrink landfills, and fuel the next generation of technology. If you care about sustainability, real‑world impact, and smart tech solutions, DMD is a place where your work truly matters.
Our headquarters are in Tempe, Arizona, with additional processing facilities in Austin, Texas and Palo Alto, California.
About the role
One of DMD’s core strategies is growth through acquisition. The Site Integration Manager helps newly acquired processing facilities adopt the DMD operating model.
The role begins with immersive training across all aspects of Processing Operations, plus exposure to adjacent departments including Service Delivery, Account Management, IT, Quality, Compliance, and Downstream Sales. Once trained, the Site Integration Manager is deployed to acquired locations to serve as a knowledgeable resource and embedded change agent.
At the new site, the Site Integration Manager works alongside local site leadership and teammates to implement DMD systems, processes, standards, metrics, and culture, while maintaining respect for the experience and expertise of acquired teams. The goal is to accelerate integration, improve operational performance, build local capabilities, and leave behind a sustainable operation that can thrive independently within DMD.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, building relationships, solving operational problems, and helping teams navigate change. This role requires the Site Integration Manager to be highly mobile as there will be frequent temporary relocations. The Site Integration Manager may live and work at acquired locations for 2-4 months before moving on to the next assignment.
The Site Integration Manager reports to the VP of Operations, who oversees Processing Operations at our various sites, with dotted-line responsibilities to the Chief of Staff, who is responsible for overall acquisition integration.
