Key Responsibilities:

- Assist skilled carpenters with construction and building tasks on job sites

- Learn and operate basic carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Support the preparation and cleanup of work areas

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

- Travel to multiple job sites as required, supporting project needs

- Take on additional tasks as directed to support project completion

Skills and Qualifications:

- Limited prior experience in carpentry or construction preferred but not required

- Basic knowledge of common carpentry tools and equipment

- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques

- Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
