Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Meet or exceed company cleanliness standards
• Strong self‑management skills; able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working in both residential homes and commercial businesses
• Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation
• DMV records will be monitored throughout employment
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen (no THC)

Job Duties

• Follow itemized task lists specific to each location
• Wipe surfaces, mop, dust, and vacuum
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Perform deep cleaning as needed (may include moving small furniture or appliances)
• Other duties as assigned
• This is an active role requiring walking, standing, stooping, and bending

Schedule
Training Period

• Monday–Friday — 20 hours per week
• Training schedule set by the employer

Post‑Training

• Monday–Friday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Pay

• $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Company gas card
• All cleaning equipment provided
