Rainier Pure Beef Company is seeking dependable and hardworking Janitorial Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our facility. This role is essential in supporting food safety, workplace safety, and daily operations by ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

• Clean and sanitize offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and production support areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and sanitation materials as needed.
• Follow company sanitation procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Support overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Maintain professionalism and follow all company policies and procedures.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay:

• $17.50 per hour

Shift Available:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
