Job Overview
Company: Boyle Construction Management Inc (BCMI).
Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $75,000 in total compensation including performance bonus, annual company bonus, and additional incentives, with a base salary range of $55,000.00 $65,000.00 per year
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday Friday.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity You will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of BCMI, working closely with accounting, operations, and project management teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes ownership of accurate financial processing. You will have the autonomy to manage complex project accounting while benefiting from a supportive, family-feel culture.
How You Will Make an Impact
Execute precise processing of bank deposits, vendor invoices, and AIA pay applications to maintain cash flow.
Coordinate with Project Managers to process subcontractor invoices and verify second-tier lien waivers.
Reconcile accounts payable aging reports against vendor statements to resolve financial discrepancies.
Administer the preparation and submission of monthly billings for project owners in a timely manner.
Analyze daily financial transactions to ensure accurate classification and posting within QuickBooks Online.
Maintain professional communication with vendors to resolve invoice issues and manage credit applications.
Support the project closeout process by auditing final financial documentation and supplier releases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience serving as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable specialist.
Solid grasp of fundamental accounting, bookkeeping, and AR/AP principles.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online.
Strong data entry skills characterized by a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite at the Indianapolis office location.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience working within a construction or project-based accounting environment.
Specific familiarity with AIA billing structures and the construction lien waiver process.
Advanced capability to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced setting.
