Job Description
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Junior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Provide administrative and operational support to SEA 05 leadership, PMO personnel, and program teams across assigned functions.
- Track, update, and maintain action items, suspense dates, correspondence, and filing systems using Government email and web-based applications.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing sheets, reports, and routine correspondence for leadership meetings and office operations.
- Support budget coordination activities by assisting with documentation, funding packages, amendments, and administrative tracking.
- Maintain office calendars, records, databases, supply orders, training certifications, and routine office administrative functions.
- Assist with records management activities including filing, retention reviews, document preservation, and records transfer support.
- Support workforce planning activities by maintaining organization charts, workload documentation, metrics tracking, and reporting updates.
- Assist with technical writing support by drafting, formatting, editing, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support for special programs, workforce initiatives, and leadership development activities.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience providing operational support to an individual, team, department, or group within an organization.
- Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and preparing reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
- Experience preparing and distributing reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
- Experience maintaining files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Experience managing expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine administrative processes.
