About This Position
Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000

What You’ll Do
- Lead commissioning projects end-to-end with a strong mechanical focus
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
- Coordinate testing, resolve system issues, and ensure code compliance
- Produce clear technical documentation and close-out reports
- Support proposals and mentor team members
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in commissioning or MEP projects
- Strong mechanical/HVAC expertise
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed (primarily regional)
Preferred:
- CxA, PE, or related certifications
