Clinic Manager (2-3) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking a Clinic Manager for the office of WK Vascular Surgery. This office is a highly specialized, growing practice located on our North Campus. The candidate must be patient, kind and caring to the patients and their families and possess organizational, computer, and outstanding managerial skills to integrate with the staff and the providers. Knowledge concerning medical billing, including charge entry, payment posting, accounts receivable, collections and CPT and ICD-10 coding is necessary for this important role. Scheduling, referrals and pre-certing surgeries will also be entailed in this role. The manager must also possess professional, written and verbal communication skills, along with the interpersonal skills necessary to maintain a good rapport and lead the staff with innovative ideas for improvement and enhanced performances. The ideal candidate must display initiative and the ability to identify ways to keep a fluid clinic flow to ensure the best patient care experience. The candidate must exhibit an extremely professional manner in actions and appearance.
