Job Description
Position Description: Field Project Merchandiser (FPM)
OutFront Merchandising Services LLC is seeking a Field Project Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising projects, fixture installations, and planogram resets across multiple retail locations. This hands-on, travel-based role requires accuracy, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to client standards. FPMs work independently and as part of a team to complete displays, signage, and fixtures while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
Additional Information: Skills, requirements, and expectations- Execute planograms, resets, and merchandising updates accurately
- Assemble and install fixtures using schematics and floor plans
- Use hand tools, power tools, and handheld devices for project tasks
- Complete reporting, photos, and documentation on-site
- Travel up to 90%, including overnight and multi-day projects
- Lift 60 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform hands-on work
- Interpret planograms, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required
- Bring personal basic tools (gloves, hammer, socket set, screwdriver set, drill)
OutFront Merchandising Services LLC is hiring Field Project Merchandisers to execute planograms, reset displays, and install fixtures at retail locations nationwide. This is a travel-heavy, hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented, mechanically inclined candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments.
