The City of Lake Forest is accepting applications for the position of Senior Management Analyst within the Management Services Department. Under the direction of the Deputy City Manager, the Senior Management Analyst will collaborate with executive leadership and departments across the organization to support Citywide priorities through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, project management, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to contributing to initiatives that support the City’s goals and benefit the community.

Education/Training/Experience:

A typical way of obtaining knowledge, skills, and abilities would be:

  • Graduation from a four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field: and
  • Four years of professional experience in administrative and management analysis; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

A Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field is desirable.
