We are a high-performing real estate investment firm based in South Florida focused on acquiring, renovating, and selling single-family and small multi-family properties. This is a high-volume, outbound-driven sales role where your primary focus is generating and closing deals. Our business is built on speed, execution, and consistent deal flow, and we are looking for driven individuals who operate with urgency and accountability.
Compensation: $80,000 to $150,000+ (commission only, upside earning potential). This is a performance-based with upside earning potential. A temporary training and ramp period compensation structure may be provided at the company’s discretion to support onboarding and initial production. Long-term earnings are fully tied to performance and deal flow generated.

Responsibilities:
- Generate deal flow through consistent outbound calls and follow-up
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Negotiate directly with property owners to secure contracts
- Follow up consistently and move deals from contact to close
- Evaluate opportunities quickly and take decisive action
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Experience in outbound sales, call-heavy roles, or commission-based environments preferred
- Competitive mindset with a focus on results
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
