This position is part of the Talent Pathway Sponsorship Program. To qualify, you'll need to be accepted into the Associates Degree in Nursing Program through Berkshire Community College, or another program, starting in the Fall of 2026. To apply for Pathways Sponsorship, please include ALL of the following. We can not process your application until all documents are received.

  • BCC or other school starting in Fall 2026
• Letter Stating Financial Need
• A personal statement as to why you have chosen this career path and would be a good fit
• Letter of Recommendation
  • If you are a current BHS Employee: One from current manager
  • If you are NOT a BHS Employee: Two letters from supervisors/bosses/teachers/ etc... (not a friend, family, or coworker)
• Provided your Student Aide Index Number from your FAFSA Application
