Graphic Artist (On-site in Athens, TN) at Midlab, Inc. – Athens, Tennessee

Midlab is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Artist to support our marketing and product teams. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their graphic design career while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Graphic Artist will focus on executing and preparing artwork for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and format artwork for print production, including labels, packaging, and marketing materials
• Ensure all files meet production specifications
• Make revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback from internal teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of content
• Organize and manage digital assets, files, and templates
• Assist with basic design projects such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics
• Review proofs and final files to ensure quality and accuracy before production
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in design but also organized, communicative, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

• An Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• A strong eye for detail and design consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
