Job Summary:

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a customer-oriented, entry level Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and the service department, ensuring their vehicles receive top-notch care. You’ll assist customers by assessing their service needs, preparing repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.

This can be a growth role for someone interested in getting into Service Advising or for someone who already is a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle concerns, and record their needs.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, including labor and parts estimates, for customer approval.
• Communicate with customers about inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Provide updates on repair progress, explain costs, and secure customer authorization for additional work.
• Schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years prior Sales experience (Car sales, Service Advising, Inside/Outside sales, Retail sales) required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task is key
• Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

• $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 based on experience.
