First-year earning potential when goals are met: $175,000+

Compensation:$125,000 - $215,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Leverage our lead generation systems to consistently connect with new prospects and expand the client base.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for listings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to nurture relationships and secure repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed about local market trends to offer clients insightful advice and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Utilize our administrative support to manage paperwork efficiently, allowing you to focus on client interactions and sales activities.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a valid real estate license or actively working towards obtaining one.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their unique needs.
- Proven track record of leveraging lead generation systems to build and expand a client base.
- Ability to conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing listings to attract potential buyers.
- Experience in collaborating with team members to strategize and execute marketing plans for listings.
- Ability to maintain regular follow-up with clients, nurturing relationships for repeat and referral business.
