Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)

Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid)

20–30 hours per week (flexible)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring and HR operations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, as well as ensuring all hires meet required certification and licensing requirements prior to placement.

• Post and manage job advertisements (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Source candidates for high-volume, hourly roles
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines within ATS (ADP/iSolved preferred)
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
• Facilitate background checks and pre-employment requirements
• Verify and track required certifications and licenses, including:
  • Traffic Control certifications
  • Armed Security licenses/permits
• Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements prior to placement
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Support HR compliance and audit readiness

• 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Experience with high-volume or hourly workforce hiring preferred
• Familiarity with ATS systems (ADP, iSolved, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Staffing agency or field recruiting experience
• Security, traffic control, or similar industry experience
• Experience verifying licenses or certifications

• $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
• Flexible part-time schedule
