After-Hours RN Intake & Scheduling Coordinator

The After-Hours RN Intake & Scheduling Coordinator provides clinical and operational support outside of normal business hours, helping coordinate patient admissions, referrals, scheduling, and after-hours patient care needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and referral sources while ensuring continuity of care and timely response to urgent issues.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM

• 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Work from your home-office desk processing referrals, scheduling admissions, and completing tasks assigned by Operations teams.
• 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM: Remain in your home and available by company desk phone to triage patient and referral calls. Employees may not leave the house while on duty.

Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) + 4 of 8 Company Holidays

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Work from your home-office desk processing referrals, scheduling admissions, and completing tasks assigned by Operations teams.
• Remainder of Day: Remain in your home and available by company desk phone to triage patient and referral calls. Employees may not leave the house while on duty.
