Motorcoach Driver | Key Responsibilities Highway coach driver, BZ driver, bus driver
- Safely operate motorcoaches (up to 45 feet) in all weather and traffic conditions
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions
- Conduct pre-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide courteous, professional customer service to passengers
- Assist passengers with luggage and accessibility needs, including wheelchair securement
- Accurately complete driver logs, reports, and fare reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations
Motorcoach Driver | Qualifications Highway coach driver, BZ driver, bus driver
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Valid Commercial Driver’s Licence (CDL) equivalent to a Québec Class BZ (bus licence with air brake “Z” endorsement), with a clean driving record.
- Clean driver’s abstract and strong safety record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (motorcoach preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required medical clearance in accordance with applicable provincial transportation regulations.
- Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. cross-border travel
- Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English required to ensure safe communication with passengers, dispatch, and emergency services
- Customer service experience an asset
Motorcoach Driver | Physical & Scheduling Requirements Highway coach driver, BZ driver, bus driver
- Ability to lift luggage (30–50 lbs.) and meet physical demands of commercial driving
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Ability to support a 24/7/365 operation
