Sightseeing Seasonal Driver

Sightseeing Seasonal Driver Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate motorcoaches (up to 45 feet) in all weather and traffic conditions
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service to passengers
  • Assist passengers with luggage and accessibility needs, including wheelchair securement
  • Accurately complete driver logs, reports, and fare reconciliation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
  • Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations

Sightseeing Seasonal Driver Qualifications

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Valid Ontario Class BZ licence with Z endorsement
  • Clean driver’s abstract and strong safety record
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (motorcoach preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain MTO medical clearance
  • Valid passport and eligibility for U.S. cross-border travel
  • Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English required to ensure safe communication with passengers, dispatch, and emergency services
  • Customer service experience an asset

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

  • Ability to lift luggage (30–50 lbs.) and meet physical demands of commercial driving
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
  • Ability to support a 24/7/365 operation
