The Production Supervisor position is responsible for streamlining the production process and managing the team of production operators. This position is also responsible for ensuring that production goals are met, and quality standards are maintained. Regular attendance is required. This is a safety-sensitive position and should not be under the influence of any substance.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production lines including managing the team of Leads and Operators, allocating and assigning work according to schedule, and ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.
- Support onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating Lead Operators with honest feedback to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties proficiently and enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with team members through regular communication and feedback.
- Conduct regular team stand-up meetings and huddles to discuss production progress, address concerns, and provide updates and support.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to identify and report potential areas for waste reduction and implementing lean practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
- Managing inventory at the production stage, including tracking and accounting of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, and ensuring efficient inventory management in line with production requirements and business objectives.
- Include Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), maintenance requests, and initiate adjustments to the production process as needed to maintain quality and ensure the end result produces quality bottled products.
- Monitor progress and revise schedules based on established priorities, resolving problems, and reporting results of the shift production standards SQDC.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, bench-marking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional associations.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; HACCP certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production setting (e.g., Supervisor, Lead, or Team Lead).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience with continuous improvement practices (e.g., Lean manufacturing) preferred.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Standing and walking for up to 100% of the shift, walk upstairs and climb up ladders and walk throughout the facility. Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, including overhead; stoops, bends, kneels, and crouches; and must be able to communicate clearly.
The employee must regularly push, or pull, lift, carry, materials and products weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the day, including lifting items overhead. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying and sometimes uncontrolled temperature conditions that are hot, humid and cold, as well as moderate noise levels and moving mechanical parts.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
